Learn how flexibility decreases stress and tension.  

Stretching together helps to

  • promote good quality time

  • improve the cardiovascular system 

  • decrease stress and tension in the back shoulder and neck

  • interrupt the fight or fleet response that causes tension in those areas

If you practice yoga regularly, chances are you're more flexible than most which is a good thing if you want to try different positions in the bedroom that are more acrobatic.
